1 trade = B/e (Close call.. took $3.5 heat before break-even)... Market is just all over the place lately it needs to decide it's direction or whipsaws like these would occur more often..
Btw, I don't rmr what I was doing yesterday so I didn't post I think I didn't trade.

what indicator do you have on the bottom on this chart?
It's a momentum indicator but really when it's choppy you have to feel the market all these lines appear after the fact.. good to use judgment and be flat. Even when I had the indicator I still took the trade but sold out when I realized what was happening so indicator just confirmed my fear and I got out.
